Job summary

Tealive is hiring a Barista for UITM Puncak Alam in a full-time role. You will brew coffee and tea, serve customers with a friendly greeting, explain products clearly, and upsell when possible.

Responsibilities include handling cash registers, maintaining clean work areas, restocking, and following SOPs to ensure high-quality beverages. Overtime, weekend and public holiday shifts are required; training and medical benefits are provided. Opportunities for promotion within Tealive's network.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM / O-Level.
• Experience in F&B with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brew and serve coffee and tea to standard recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and explain products clearly.
• Upsell and promote Tealive drinks to boost sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstation and dining areas.
• Restock supplies and follow SOPs for quality.

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
