Job summary

Tealive in Malaysia is seeking a friendly team member to brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers, greeting everyone with a smile and enthusiasm.

You will manage cash registers, explain products clearly, upsell where appropriate, and keep work areas clean and sanitized. Tealive is Southeast Asia’s largest lifestyle tea brand with over 800 outlets worldwide, delivering joy through tea.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Experience in a food & beverage environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Welcome customers with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Explain products clearly and upsell when appropriate.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and dining spaces.

Job description

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
