Job summary

MommyHana Creative Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive individual to support day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth customer service. You will assist with staff supervision, inventory handling, and receiving goods while maintaining quality and accuracy.

The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and a friendly, confident demeanor to engage customers and respond to inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma Level (as stated).
• Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to work according to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in daily operation of store.
• Assist in monitoring the retail staff and following up on the work result.
• Assist in inventory control and manage the stock in the outlet.
• Assist in receiving and checking the quality and quantity of goods.
• Assist in customer service and provide the relevant information.
• Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

• Able to work accordingly to the retail hours, including the weekends and Public Holidays
• Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.
