Job summary

A1 Chicken Rice is hiring an Outlet Supervisor to lead front‑of‑house operations at our Sabah location. You will supervise staff, train newcomers on service standards, and manage daily opening/closing tasks to ensure smooth service.

You will also handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and guest feedback to uphold quality and minimize wastage. Collaboration with kitchen, bar, and marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front‑of‑house staff and delivering service standards.
• Experience with stock control and inventory management is preferred.
• Experience handling cash and daily reconciliations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including training new employees on service standards and procedures.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times.
• Ensure excellent customer service, promptly resolving guest complaints or issues.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Implement and enforce food and beverage handling standards.
• Monitor and replenish inventory while managing costs and minimizing wastage.
• Maintain supplier relationships for timely deliveries and quality products.
• Oversee cash transactions and reconcile daily.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and specials.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve the outlet’s reputation.
