Job summary

A1 Chicken Rice Sabah is seeking a Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, budgeting, and guest satisfaction. You will implement standards, monitor performance, manage costs, and ensure financial targets are met while delivering high-quality service in Kota Kinabalu.

Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and inventory control, ensuring policy compliance and consistent guest experiences in a fast-paced outlet.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant outlet management and leadership roles.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff, and manage guest relations.
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor and manage restaurant performance, including sales, cost control, and profitability
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other support personnel
• Schedule staff shifts, manage labor costs, and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for staff
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
• Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee budget and financial performance, including managing expenses, revenues, and profitability
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
