Job summary

Hartton Kitchen in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Mandarin-speaking supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and lead the service team. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Successful candidates will have SPM, Diploma, or higher education and prefer experience in retail or the F&B industry. Malaysian nationals are preferred.

• Mandarin speaking is a must for this position.
• Malaysian only.
• Previous experience in retail or the F&B industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
