Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and guiding the service crew to ensure smooth service.

The role requires Mandarin-speaking candidates, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

You will uphold food quality, hygiene, and safety standards and handle customer enquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or F&B operations is preferred.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred/required for communication with customers and team members.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and guide service crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower allocation.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Assist in monitoring stock and restaurant supplies.
• Train and coach new and existing team members.
• Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
