Job summary

DKSH Group in Malaysia seeks a motivated individual to support daily operations of a retail outlet. You will help achieve sales targets, maintain tidy merchandise areas, assist in gift wrapping and product displays, and provide customer service.

Training will be provided and flexibility to work shifts and weekends is required. Ideal candidates have PMR/SPM qualification and a positive, accommodating attitude, ready to contribute to a busy retail environment with a focus on efficient resource use

Qualifications

• PMR or SPM qualification required.
• Ability to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Good attitude and pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall objectives.
• Support day-to-day operating of the retail outlet to ensure efficient use of resources and housekeeping.
• Assist in product display and customer service.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items and other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate manager.
