PAK GEMBUS Restoran is seeking a capable restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure top service and food quality across locations in Malaysia. The role emphasizes staff training, stock control, and customer satisfaction while driving sales and meeting targets.

You will report to Area Manager and contribute to expanding the brand with a focus on operations excellence and career development for team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years experience in a management position in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide a team effectively.
• Fluent in Malay and English; good presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guiding the team to ensure service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure operations and stock levels are sufficient for daily service.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service while maintaining F&B standards.
• Train staff on menu knowledge, presentation, and scheduling for smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor staff attendance and training, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to increase revenue and hit targets.
• Prepare daily reports on staff, sales, inventory and operations issues.
• Execute End-of-Day closure procedures and follow management directives.
