Job summary

PAK GEMBUS Restoran, a rapidly growing F&B brand with over 100 outlets, invites an operations leader in Klang to guide restaurant teams. You will ensure smooth service, stock readiness, and adherence to food and service standards while coaching staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a management role in F&B, strong leadership, bilingual Malay and English, and willingness to work overtime and travel for Kuala Lumpur training. Salary mirrors experience with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 2+ years of experience in a management role in F&B.
• Willing to travel for work and training in Kuala Lumpur.
• Fluent in Malay and English with strong communication.
• Good presentation, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Able to work overtime and on public holidays.
• Confident, proactive and able to meet working hours.

Responsibilities

• Report operational issues to the Area Manager and ensure consistent operations.
• Keep stock levels adequate to maintain readiness.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service and uphold quality standards.
• Train the team on menu knowledge and presentation; ensure sufficient staffing.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Oversee daily operations; guide the team and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
• Monitor staff attendance and enforce company policies.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and hit targets.
• Prepare and submit daily staff, sales, inventory, and issues reports.
• Execute end-of-day closures and other management tasks.
