Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM or Diploma in hospitality or related field.
• At least 3 years in service/hospitality/F&B, hotel ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor sales targets and performance; implement actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet teams; HR support.
• Manage cash handling, reports, licensing compliance.
• Control purchasing, inventory, FIFO, and stock takes.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and facility maintenance.
