Job summary

Nana Social Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a live bar and nightlife venue. You will drive guest experiences, coordinate live performances, and ensure safe and smooth daily operations while delivering excellent service.

You will schedule, train and evaluate staff, monitor attendance and performance, control costs, and prepare monthly reports. The role requires night shifts, weekends and public holidays, with Mandarin communication to

• Management experience in a live bar, nightlife venue or similar F&B outlet.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with customers, staff and performers.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory and cost control.
• Responsible, organised and able to solve problems quickly.
• Comfortable working at night, on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work six days per week.
