XING STAR XING SDN. BHD. seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to assist the Store Manager in daily outlet operations at The Exchange TRX, Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires 1–2 years in supervision within hospitality/retail, strong Mandarin and English, and leadership skills. You will lead frontline teams, ensure SOP compliance, and drive sales and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, entertainment, F&B, retail, or service industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
