Job summary

Allstar Ip (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a nightlife venue in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead managers, supervisors and staff, directing staffing plans, briefings and performance follow-up to ensure seamless coordination across departments.

You will drive revenue growth, manage costs (labour, beverage, wastage) and monitor profitability while maintaining high guest service standards and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in nightlife, hospitality, food and beverage or entertainment venues.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of staffing, customer service, cost control, inventory and outlet operations.
• Confident handling pressure, guest issues and operational incidents.
• Able to work nights, weekends, public holidays and major event dates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth coordination across every department.
• Drive revenue, profitability and cost-control targets, including labour, beverage costs, wastage and operating expenses.
• Lead managers, supervisors and team members through clear direction, staffing plans, briefings and performance follow-up.
• Maintain high standards for guest service, venue presentation, cleanliness, entertainment delivery and brand experience.
• Review guest feedback, resolve major service concerns and ensure appropriate service recovery.
• Oversee cash, inventory, purchasing, stock-control, opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Business Development and event teams on promotions, partnerships and special events.
• Ensure the outlet follows applicable licensing, health, safety, fire, security and responsible-service requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend operational or commercial improvements to management.
