Job summary

Businesslist in Johor is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and expand our customer base through field visits and networking. You will monitor market trends, train staff, ensure targets and KPIs are met, and build strong relationships with clients while travel for customer visits.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales or business development, tertiary education, strong communication and leadership, and a proactive, target-driven
