Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu seeks a field sales representative to visit dealer stores, provide service, and grow sales within assigned areas.

You will implement promotions, train dealers on products, and build loyalty through strong relationships. The role requires travel daily, a car, and 1–2 years of field sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Summary

To conduct daily visits to dealers storesto support Sales & Distribution activities within assigned areas, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

The Day-To-Day Activities

To conduct daily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service, support and build relationship within the assigned areas.

To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.

Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).

Ensuring dealers have proper knowledge and training on:

• System: Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
• Product: Full range of products.
• How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given.
• Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty.
• POSM: Latest & up to date POSM.

To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.

About You

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or anything equivalent with a passing result.
• Must be based in Kota Kinabalu.
• Must have own car and willing to travel daily to outstation area.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in outdoor/field sales in telco/FMCG/retail or any relevant industry.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to commit sales target given.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.
