Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive student to join our Telemarketing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products and campaigns to create sales opportunities.

You will follow up with leads to nurture relationships, achieve call volumes and sales targets, and support campaigns with professional customer interactions. The role suits students pursuing diplomas or degrees in marketing, business, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related diploma/degree or certification in marketing/BA related fields.
• CCSP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and interact with customers professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote products, services, and campaigns to generate opportunities.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and conversions.
• Achieve assigned call volume, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Support the Telemarketing team in executing campaigns.
