Responsibilities

• Supervise daily OTC operations and manage service levels with client.
• Aim for client satisfaction at management and end-user level.
• Facilitate Change Request process and build team succession.
• Provide holistic view of service delivery and act as escalation route for issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects within area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures; work with OE support team.
• Support SDL to meet cost controls and budgets.
