Exyte seeks an experienced Manager Finance to supervise the Order to Cash (OTC) team, overseeing Accounts Receivable, invoicing, receipting/cash application, and month-end closing activities. You will lead process improvements, ensure compliance with internal controls, and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve unapplied payments and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA) preferred.
• 10+ years in Accounts Receivable or finance operations across multiple countries.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA preferred.
• Experience in shared services or corporate finance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end client invoicing and cash application, including SAP S4 HANA postings and remittance processing.
• Manage month-end OTC closing, AR reporting, and escalation handling with stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for daily operations and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; deliver accurate AR reports.
• Drive global process initiatives, data mapping, and system migrations where applicable.
• Train and develop team knowledge to maintain service quality during transitions.
• Support audits with timely documentation and responses.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with order management, commercial, and finance teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Assist in transitions, migrations, and onboarding activities.
