Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd is seeking a Compensation & Organizational Design Specialist to design structures, benchmark salaries, and provide analytics to guide strategic HR decisions in Kuala Lumpur.

With 3–5 years in compensation or analytical roles and a strong grasp of job evaluation frameworks, you will partner with business lines to support workforce planning and manage confidential data with integrity.

• Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks and salary benchmarking.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Expertise in project management and ability to handle multiple initiatives.

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive compensation data.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management to support HR and business objectives.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, organization design, or analytical roles
• Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks and salary benchmarking
• Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and recommend actionable insights
• Expertise in project management to handle multiple initiatives, coupled with problem-solving capabilities
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
