Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or change management for Senior Associate.
• At least 7-8 years of experience with demonstrated success for Senior Manager.
• Experience in client-facing environments such as Big 4 or global consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality solutions for clients by applying technical skills.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams for project planning.
• Lead and oversee delivery of key workstreams as a Manager/Senior Manager.
