We are looking for a talented Change Management Lead to support the Change Manager by turning strategy into actionable plans and leading day-to-day change activities across digitalization and AI initiatives.

This onsite role suits someone who enjoys guiding teams through large-scale technology transformations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in organizational change management across large/complex organizations.
• Experience in change impact analysis and readiness assessments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Formal training or certification in organizational change management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed change management plans with milestones and timelines.
• Lead change impact analyses and readiness assessments across business units.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and briefings.
• Oversee change communications, messages, FAQs, and audience-specific content.
• Monitor readiness, training, adoption indicators, and reinforcement actions.
• Track change risks, issues, dependencies, and prepare progress reports.
• Guide Change Management Executives to ensure timely delivery.

The Role

As our Change Management Lead, you will support the Change Manager in turning the overall change strategy into clear, actionable plans, and you will lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of change activities across multiple digitalization and AI initiatives. This is a hands‑on, onsite role for someone who enjoys bringing people along on the journey of large-scale technology transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed change management plans, translating strategy into activities, milestones, deliverables and timelines
• Lead change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments across business units and stakeholder groups, and design interventions to close gaps
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, interviews, focus groups and briefings, while coordinating change champion networks
• Lead initiative‑level communication plans, including key messages, FAQs, presentations and awareness content tailored to different audiences
• Monitor readiness, training and adoption indicators, and recommend reinforcement actions to sustain change after go‑live
• Maintain change risks, issues and dependencies, and prepare progress and adoption reports for management
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to Change Management Executives to ensure timely delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years' experience in organizational change management, ideally supporting digital transformation, IT transformation, AI adoption or enterprise technology programs in large or complex organizations
• Strong practical grasp of change management methodologies across the project lifecycle
• Proven experience in change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessment
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both business and ICT stakeholders
• Ability to identify and manage change risks, resistance and adoption issues, and to recommend practical mitigation actions
• Formal training or foundation in organizational change management; Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Exposure to digitalization and AI transformation programs is an added advantage
