Job summary

Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Organisation Effectiveness Partner to drive workforce transformation, design organisation structures, and advance data-driven people decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyse workforce data, prepare dashboards, support HR initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes, employee experience, and operational effectiveness while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisation effectiveness and HR transformation.
• Ability to conduct workforce analytics, reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Organisation Effectiveness Partner (OEP) initiatives focused on organisation design, workforce effectiveness and HR transformation.
• Assist in workforce analytics, reporting, dashboard preparation and people data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on organisation effectiveness, future workforce trends and emerging HR practices.
• Support organisation structure reviews, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities, track actions and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and operational effectiveness.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by exploring new ideas, technologies and innovative approaches to solve business and workforce challenges.
• Anticipate project needs, think ahead and contribute recommendations beyond assigned tasks.
