Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field with strong data skills.
• Interest in HR metrics and data quality concepts.
• Comfort with Excel and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data extracts and tables for ad-hoc analysis and leadership requests.
• Support slide content with charts, tables, and commentary.
• Assist senior analysts in analysis preparation.
• Document report logic and maintain data dictionaries.
