Job summary

Supply-Chain is seeking an Order Support Specialist to ensure accurate order processing and timely shipments across APAC. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related field.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for regional support.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders, amendments, and releases in line with system and compliance guidelines.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines, addressing risks and opportunities and updating stakeholders.
• Manage customer returns, claims, and defective product processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and distribute commercial and customs documentation as required.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

About the RoleAs an Order Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the success of our brands across the APAC region.
