Job summary

Jungheinrich Lift Truck Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Order Processing Executive to support processing orders in compliance with company guidelines, monitor order activities, and handle local procurement of accessories and services.

You will create and monitor purchase orders, coordinate with SAP for invoicing and goods issues, provide delivery updates, and work with inside sales and workshop teams to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering Management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in order management, supply chain or logistics
• Proficient in English and local language
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders for trucks and warehouse equipment
• Handle local procurement of accessories, attachments and services
• Create and monitor purchase orders and ensure invoices are received on time
• Provide updates on delivery schedules/shipment dates
• Highlight and escalate when factory readiness is out of range
• Perform stock revaluation and goods receipt
• Perform goods issuance and serialization in SAP with data creation
• Ensure orders and purchases are monitored through SAP and reporting structures
• Collaborate with inside sales and workshop teams to ensure smooth supply chain
• Execute continuous improvement projects and assist with ad-hoc duties
