Job summary

Jungheinrich invites applications for an Order Processing Executive to support order processing in line with company guidelines. You will monitor activities, procure equipment and services, and handle invoicing within SAP.

The role involves reviewing orders, managing procurement, creating POs, updating delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate data in SAP. Strong organization and communication are essential for seamless supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain or logistics roles.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP ERP experience is an advantage.
• Experience with customs clearance and international shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders for trucks and warehouse equipment.
• Handle local procurement of accessories, attachments & services.
• Create and monitor purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide updates on delivery schedules/shipment dates.
• Support stock revaluation and goods receipt processes.
• Perform goods issuance and serialization in SAP with data creation.
• Ensure orders and purchases are monitored through SAP and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with inside sales and workshop teams to maintain supply chain flow.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for the team.

Job description

We are looking for an Order Processing Executive to support processing orders in compliance with company guidelines, monitoring order activities, procurement of equipment and services, and invoicing.

What you'll be doing:

Review and process orders for trucks and warehouse equipment

Handle local procurement of accessories, attachments & services

Create and monitor purchase orders and ensure all invoices are received on a timely basis

Provide updates on delivery schedules/ shipment date

Highlight and escalat when the Truck Readiness from Factory is out of expected range

Perform Stock revaluation & goods receipt

Perform Goods issuance, serialization with full data creation in SAP, local delivery, and invoicing

Ensure processing and monitoring of orders and purchases through SAP system and various reporting structures

Work closely with different functions, including inside sales for order processing flow, and workshop team to a ensure smooth supply chain process

Execute continuous improvement projects assigned to team

Assist with ad-hoc duties and reports, as & when assigned by superior/ the Management Team

What we look for:

Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering Management or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in order management, supply chain or logistics related roles

Proficient in English and local language

Proficient in MS Office application especially MS Excel

Experience in SAP ERP is added advantage

Experience in custom clearance and international shipment is added advantage

Strong organizational skills and good time management skills
