Job summary

Jungheinrich Lift Truck Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Workshop Technician to inspect, test and repair Jungheinrich trucks. You will perform regular maintenance and assist with loading/unloading at customer sites, ensuring PDI procedures are followed for MHE deliveries.

The role requires diagnosing faults, applying 5S in the workshop, and following safety rules. You will handle MHE customization and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a workshop technician preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and 5S principles.
• Ability to diagnose faults in Jungheinrich equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and repair Jungheinrich trucks.

Job description

Test, inspect and repair Jungheinrich trucks in the Workshop. You may be assigned to assist in loading/unloading for truck delivery at Customer Site.

Key responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance on equipment to prevent future breakdowns

Analyze, diagnose and rectify faults on Jungheinrich material handling equipment

Perform repair, overhaul and regular maintenance for truck, battery and charger

Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on the MHE before delivery according to PDI documents

Conduct incoming inspection and GG check after receiving of machines

Maintain high standard of housekeeping and perform 5S for workshop and warehouse

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Loading and unloading from lorry or racking

Customization on MHE

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
