Aufgaben

• Handle sales order processing and monitor incoming orders.
• Load ad-hoc customer purchase orders manually.
• Prepare and distribute weekly logistics and POD reports.
• Monitor and report on 3rd party portal invoice data.
• Manage monthly system invoice reporting for regional teams.
• Support credit/debit note generation and order releases on credit holds.
• Verify DOA parts and process returns; support resolution.
• Communicate with regional teams and distributors as needed.
