Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Management & Logistics team while handling daily operations hands-on.
• Manage end-to-end order process from receipt to SAP processing, fulfillment, shipment and delivery.
• Process and monitor orders for multiple international markets.
• Coordinate export shipments, including documentation, freight, customs and providers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, customers and distributors.
• Monitor backorders, delivery performance, order exceptions, and customer requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements and automation.

About The Role

Addiction Foods is looking for an experienced and hands-on Order Management & Logistics Team Lead / Manager to lead our international order management and logistics operations.

This is not purely a people-management role. We need someone who can personally manage orders in SAP, handle international/export requirements, lead a team, and improve existing workflows through process improvement, automation, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Management & Logistics team while remaining hands-on with daily operations.
• Manage the end-to-end order process from order receipt and validation through SAP processing, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery.
• Process and monitor orders for multiple international markets.
• Coordinate export shipments, including shipping documentation, freight arrangements, customs/export requirements, and logistics providers.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, customers, distributors, and freight partners.
• Monitor backorders, delivery performance, order exceptions, and customer requirements.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements and workflow automation.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve order processing, reporting, documentation, exception management, and team productivity.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Coach the team, allocate workload, monitor performance, and drive operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on Order Management experience, including actual order processing.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Experience processing orders for international markets/customers.
• Strong experience in export operations and international logistics.
• Proven experience leading an Order Management, Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain team.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and workflow automation.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of AI tools and their application to business processes.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end order-to-delivery process.
• Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on operational responsibilities, team leadership, and process transformation.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills.
