Job summary

Cohu Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Order Management Executive to ensure smooth end‑to‑end order processing, from customer inquiries and purchase orders to tracking shipments and providing accurate reporting. You will collaborate with sales and operations to maintain timely, complete orders.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma orDegree and is proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong English communication. A proactive team player in a dynamic environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer purchase orders, ensures order accuracy and completeness of order processing in a timely manner.
• Acknowledge PO receipts and send order confirmation to customer.
• Manage and communicate sales orders with operation team.
• Monitor backlog report and maintain accurate shipment dates and information.
• Track POs receipt and update related tools and files.
• Generate customer reports.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).

High English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
