Job summary

MCM Group is seeking an E-commerce Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control. You will work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams, as well as marketplace platform partners, to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

The role involves supporting sales, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating fulfillment, and improving sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations with ERP/inventory experience.
• Fluent in Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales representatives
• Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations
• Coordinate customer order fulfillment
• Communicate with warehouse for sales order
• Prepare shipping documents and receipts
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Update and monitor daily stock
• Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experiences
• Follow up parcel issues
• Suggest sales process improvement
• Such other scope of work that may be given by our designated personnel to you with prior notice.
