Job summary

Natrad Food Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager for Order Management & Business Systems to oversee the entire order cycle from receipt to invoicing. You will ensure accurate fulfilment, monitor status, and manage delivery commitments across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.

You will lead ERP/EDI-based processes, supervise the Order Management team, drive system enhancements, and deliver KPI driven improvements to service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, EDI, customer portals, SFA, POD systems, or other business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing cycle from order receipt to invoicing and delivery completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, customer claims, and operational escalations.
• Oversee invoice generation, credit notes, and billing documentation.
• Monitor KPI metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
