The ideal candidate has 5+ years in order fulfilment or related fields, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills across multiple departments.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations, including order processing and delivery coordination.

Our client is seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfilment operations, from order confirmation through to final delivery. Our clientspecializes in premium restroom solutions, with a strong focus on water conservation, energy efficiency, and resourceful living. This role requires close coordination across Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure customer and project orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. We are looking for someone with strong operational ownership, excellent coordination skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to keep orders moving smoothly and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment & Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order confirmation and processing through to final delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment.
• Monitor stock availability, order status, backorders, and delivery schedules to identify potential delays and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure customer and project orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, in line with agreed delivery commitments
• Coordinate warehouse picking, packing, and delivery arrangements to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently.

Inventory & Operational Management

• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with relevant teams to address stock shortages, allocation issues, and fulfilment bottlenecks.
• Resolve order discrepancies, stock issues, delivery delays, and other fulfilment-related problems promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure fulfilment information is updated in the relevant systems.
• Work with Warehouse and Logistics teams to improve coordination, resource utilization, and overall operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Monitor order fulfilment performance and prepare regular operational reports on order status, delivery timelines, and service levels.
• Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and recurring issues, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Develop, review, and maintain effective SOPs and workflows to standardize order fulfilment processes.
• Work cross-functionally to strengthen communication, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent execution across all stages of fulfilment.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations, including order processing and delivery coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in sanitaryware, construction, retail, or project-based businesses will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:

RM 8,000- RM 10,000
