Job summary

SHIN-NIPPON INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Johor is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to receive and process customer orders, verify details and delivery dates, and coordinate with internal teams to keep timelines on track.

You will prepare and issue sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents, handle inquiries and complaints, maintain accurate records, and support ad hoc duties. Diploma or bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in sales support are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/College.
• Own vehicle is preferred.
• 1–3 years of working experience in sales support, sales administration, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order details, including specifications, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Prepare and issue sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on production progress to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Arrange delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
