Job summary

Omya Malaysia is seeking an experienced Order-2-Cash process design & improvement lead to review and optimize the Bill-2-Cash sub-processes, align with delivery teams, and drive standardization across the end-to-end scope.

The role focuses on governance, KPIs, controls, and collaboration with IT and business units to implement improvements, ensure compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction within the O2C domain.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in a processor function-related role with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Order-2-Cash processes and governance.
• Experience with SAP ERP / S4/HANA and related O2C tools.
• Ability to model processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve Order-2-Cash process design and sub-processes.
• Define governance, KPIs, controls, and process standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to implement digital enablers.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment with service lines and customer focus.
• Oversee process execution, training materials, and playbooks.
