SPM/STPM/diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in optical science or healthcare administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update records of all optical frames (incoming, outgoing, transfers).
Assist in receiving, checking, and verifying frame deliveries from suppliers.
Ensure all frames are properly labelled, tagged, and recorded in the system.
Monitor stock levels and highlight low or slow-moving items to management.
Support stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure display availability.
Organize and maintain filing system for frame-related documents.
Assist in inter-branch stock transfers and logistics coordination.
