RT 1994 OPTICAL SDN BHD is seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to manage stock in storerooms and displays, perform regular stock checks, and maintain accurate stock records. The role requires travel to outlets, warehouses, or other locations as needed for stock checking and transfers.

You will label, store, and arrange items according to company standards, keep storage areas clean and safe, and prepare inventory reports promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged; inventory/stock experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock checking.
Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Willing to travel to outlets when required.

Responsibilities

Ensure all stock items are properly labeled, stored, and arranged in the storeroom or display area according to company standards.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits; investigate and reconcile any discrepancies found.
Prepare, update, and maintain stock records in the inventory system or manually when required.
Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the storage and stock handling areas.
Travel to outlets, warehouses, or other locations as required for stock checking, transfers, or inventory support.
Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports in a timely manner.
