Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to oversee device harmonization projects and drive process and system improvements, including coordinating deployments for new automation initiatives within Device Management.

The role requires a bachelor degree and at least five years of experience, strong project management, knowledge of ERP, WMS and POS systems, and excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver results under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experience, preferably in channel operation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage milestones.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with WMS and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
