Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a seasoned professional to manage device harmonization projects and coordinate deployment of new automation improvements within Device Management. The role emphasizes process and system enhancements across ERP, POS, and WMS ecosystems.

You will lead project plans, gather data for business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on deadlines and quality targets in a fast-paced telco environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in channel operation.
• Strong project management skills with proven record of managing project plans.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

The role involves being responsible for Device harmonization projects and process and system related improvements, including coordinating deployment for new automation improvement projects within Device Management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Device harmonization projects and process and system related improvements (Enterprise Resource Planning, Point Of Sales, Warehouse Management System).
• Coordinating of deployment for any new automation improvement projects within Device Management.
• Lead or represent application development in terms of Design and/or Process changes for device team.
• Gather info and analyze data to prepare business cases to create and support new projects/initiative

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in channel operation.
• Strong project management skills. Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize and effectively controls key milestone
• Intermediate knowledge and experience of operating Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Retail Point of Sales (POS) system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong in organizational skills.
• Highly capable of multiple tasking and working under pressure
• Committed to meet deadlines and strives for excellent results
