Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad in Malaysia seeks an Operations Excellence Specialist to drive device harmonization projects and push process and system improvements, coordinating deployments for new automation initiatives within Device Management.

You will lead or represent application development for design and process changes, gather data to build business cases, and support new initiatives. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery in a dynamic telco-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5+ years in channel operation preferred.
• Proven project management with milestone control.
• Experience operating ERP systems.
• Experience with WMS and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking under pressure.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Job Description

The role involves being responsible for Device harmonization projects and process and system related improvements, including coordinating deployment for new automation improvement projects within Device Management.

• Responsible for Device harmonization projects and process and system related improvements (Enterprise Resource Planning, Point Of Sales, Warehouse Management System).
• Coordinating of deployment for any new automation improvement projects within Device Management.
• Lead or represent application development in terms of Design and/or Process changes for device team.
• Gather info and analyze data to prepare business cases to create and support new projects/initiative

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 5 years working experience, preferablyin channel operation.
• Strong project management skills. Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize and effectively controls key milestone
• Intermediate knowledge and experience of operating Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Retail Point of Sales (POS) system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong in organizational skills.
• Highly capable of multiple tasking and working under pressure
• Committed to meet deadlines and strives for excellent results
