Job summary

• Experience applying Lean techniques and CI programs.
• Ability to lead workshops (VSM, process mapping, root cause analysis).
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continually enhance operational standards for health and safety, 5S and visual management.
• Deploy site labour and equipment management tools and conduct improvement studies.
• Lead cross functional CI projects and Kaizen events; coach teams in 8D problem solving.
• Monitor CI/OE Scorecard and KPI; report progress to leadership.
• Coach and mentor staff on TMW Problem Solving and Lean activities.
• Conduct 5S and Lean Sigma training and belt certification support.
• Collaborate with project teams and operations heads to ensure project success.
• Identify and communicate unresolved issues and corrective actions.
• Champion local and regional CI competitions and guide submissions.
