Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd, the authorised OPPO distributor in Malaysia, seeks a proactive Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and sales excellence. You will train and motivate the sales team, analyze market trends, and deliver top-notch customer service while coordinating cross-departmental in-store events.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Management or Marketing with at least 1 year of retail experience and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail store management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance of the store by improving the competency of sales representatives.

Job description

Leads store operations, drives sales, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Drive and maximize sales performance of the store by improving the competency of sales representatives

Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet company objectives as well as other goals

Analyze market movement and prepare detailed report to provide insight to better marketing opportunity

Deliver excellent service including dealing with customer queries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Work closely with different departments in planning and execution of in-store events

Monitor and maintain store operation closely to drive operation excellence

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

About you

Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent

At least 1 year working experience in retail industry field is added advantage

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point

Strong leadership and customer management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good planning, negotiation, and organizational skills

Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
