Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd, the authorised OPPO distributor in Malaysia, seeks a proactive Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and sales excellence. You will train and motivate the sales team, analyze market trends, and deliver top-notch customer service while coordinating cross-departmental in-store events.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Management or Marketing with at least 1 year of retail experience and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail store management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance of the store by improving the competency of sales representatives.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet company objectives and goals.
• Analyze market movement and prepare detailed reports for marketing opportunities.
• Deliver excellent service by addressing customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments for in-store events planning and execution.
• Monitor store operations to sustain operational excellence.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
