Job summary

SWIFT BRIDGE TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a manufacturing technician to support wire harness and cable assembly. The role focuses on following assembly instructions, maintaining quality and safety, and participating in audits as required.

Training will cover specific assembly processes, use of semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, and adherence to the quality manual and shop floor control procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, SKM or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience reading wire harness/cable assembly instructions.
• Ability to operate semi-automatic equipment (e.g., crimp presses).
• Experience in cable/wire harness assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with quality manual and system requirements.
