Job summary

RGE in Malaysia is seeking a reliable Loading Operator to manage safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials. You will follow established procedures, verify quantities against packing lists and invoices, and maintain a clean, organized loading dock while complying with PPE and safety policies.

Key tasks include operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks; ensuring proper stacking, securing, and storage; performing routine checks on equipment; and collaborating with warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar material handling equipment.
• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper stacking, securing, and storage of materials to prevent damage and optimize warehouse space.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading dock area, adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on loading equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to facilitate smooth and timely operations.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
