RGE is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to oversee daily activities involving ASRS, conveyors, and robotics. You will ensure smooth running of warehouse processes and coordinate with maintenance teams.

The role requires basic education and relevant warehousing experience, with a willingness to relocate to the job site in Malaysia. Candidates should be prepared for hands-on supervision and process optimization in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Basic school certificate is required.
• Relevant experience in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to the job location is required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations that involve automated systems such as ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), conveyors, and robotics. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics shift operations in the day-to-day administration of the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) consisting of Warehouse Control System (WCS) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure continued smooth running of the warehouse operations.
• Detects and troubleshoots software/ hardware issues as applicable within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure good quality of work.
• Record the operating status of the warehouse equipment and report any technical issues encountered by providing relevant information to the Service/ Maintenance department for further action.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
