Job summary

ROTOWELL ENTERPRISE (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Production Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced plant in Penang. You will ensure products meet quality standards and support safe, efficient production.

You will follow SOPs, perform setup and minor maintenance, record data, and participate in improvements while collaborating with the team to meet daily targets. On-site role with benefits including health insurance and parking.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Set up machines and adjust settings for different product batches
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality assurance
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machinery
• Record production data including output, downtime, and quality metrics
• Assist with equipment changeovers and cleaning between production runs
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
