CANON MEDICAL SYSTEMS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Executive to provide operational and administrative support across tender management, order processing, customer service, and after-sales administration.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's/Diploma in Business, 3–5 years in business operations or sales support, and is proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Advance Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales support, service administration, order processing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM & ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender sourcing, documentation, and submission processes.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and administrative support activities.
• Coordinate customer orders, procurement, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Support service contracts, warranties, preventive maintenance, and after-sales administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory control, and data integrity.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and operational documentation.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
