Job summary

Medcare Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance-oriented individual to assist with data entry, invoicing, payments, and receipts. The role includes reconciling vendor accounts and ensuring timely payments while supporting both tax filings and monthly management reporting.

You will work under the Finance Manager, contributing to accurate financial records and ad hoc tasks as needed, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Bachelor in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and ensuring timely payments.
• Support preparation of direct and indirect tax filings.
• Support monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Provide support to Finance Manager on various tasks and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
